Youth Leader

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about leading middle and high school students and who’s excited to help grow our student ministry.  This role calls for someone who works well with a team, brings positive energy, and embraces the vision, beliefs, and values of EVCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of middle and high school ministry—including teaching, small groups, worship, and events.

  • Regularly share a clear, compelling vision for student ministry that reaches and disciples teens.

  •  Create meaningful environments and experiences that encourage spiritual growth.

  •  Build relationships with students and their families, maintaining regular contact and care.

  • Be an active part of the overall ministry team and support church-wide efforts.

What A Strong Candidate Would Look Like

  •  Self-Starter – You take initiative, follow through, and don’t need micromanaging.

  • Passionate – You care deeply about teens and ministry, and you're eager to get involved.

  • Team Player – You collaborate well with others and value working in unity.

  • Teachable – You're open to feedback and willing to learn.

  • Creative – You're not afraid to try something new if it helps students grow.

Experience & Training

  • Minimum of 2 years working in Youth Ministry

  • 4-year Bible College Degree or equivalent is preferred

Hours & Pay

  • 10-15 hours per week

  • $15-$20k salary depending on experience


Worship Leader

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about leading our worship time and who’s excited to help our church grow through this important ministry.  This role calls for someone who works well with a team, brings positive energy, and embraces the vision, beliefs, and values of EVCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor to design and lead worship services that resonate deeply and engage congregants meaningfully.

  • Act as the primary worship leader for weekend services, carefully curating the flow, transitions, and creative elements; oversee all logistics via Planning Center.

  • Energize and equip the worship and tech teams with intention and clarity through weekly rehearsals, team gatherings, and consistent communication.

  • Engage in recruiting new volunteers and facilitate the musical, spiritual, and relational growth of existing team members.

  • Establish and uphold systems that enable the team to flourish by empowering individuals to serve effectively, supporting the overarching vision, and nurturing a positive team culture.

Experience & Training

  • Minimum of 2 years leading worship in church ministry

  • Proficient leading with guitar

  • 4-year Bible college degree or equivalent preferred

Hours & Pay

  • 20-25 hours per week

  • $25-35k salary depending on experience
